Chantlers Primary School

Admissions

Admissions to our Resource Provision is with the Bury Local Authority consultation process. Applications forwarded by the authority will be reviewed by our SENDCO to ensure we can meet the child’s needs. If it is considered at this stage, that our provision would be a suitable option, a home visit will be arranged for staff to meet the child in their own environment. Subsequently, a final decision will made and confirmed with the local authority.

We are unable to accept direct requests for placement for parents, carers or other local authorities. All pupils who attend our provision have an Educational, Health and Care Plan which outlines the area of need and what provision and resources are needed to support the pupil.
