The School Day

School starts at 08.30 am, where children are able to participate in early morning work before registration at 08.45 am. These activities are fun, engaging and are a great way to start the day.

After registration, the learning day starts with 45 minutes focusing on the key skills that underpin learning. This is then followed by English, Maths and Guided Reading. After lunch, children take part in a variety of cross-curricular work in the foundation subjects.

Break times are flexible to suit the lessons of the day.

School finishes at 15.15 pm. 

The total learning hours provided within a typical week are 32.5.

School operates a before and after school club; please see the Chilling Club page and the Holiday Clubs page.

Members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Class Teachers are all available before and after school in the playground.
