The Queen's Platinum Jubilee
Chantlers children walked into a Jubilee wonderland on 26th May 2022. Mr Sharp had waited till all the children went home on Wednesday and then decorated the hall with bunting, banners, posters and a real size cut out of the Queen. It looked amazing.
The children and staff celebrated the Queens Platinum Jubilee with a full timetable of fun, history-making events as below:
- Whole School Assembly.
- Traditional Games and Class-Based Activities.
- Staff 'Morning Tea'.
- Special Jubilee Lunch for Children.
- Creation of a Whole School Human Union Jack Flag.
- More Traditional Games and Class-Based Activities.
There are some pictures attached with our children creating a flag with the red, white and blue colours...what a great illusion, well done.
